Once a fee is paid successfully, it is non-refundable except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error.
If any payment is made more than once for the same student and same term, the excess amount will be refunded after proper verification.
If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your bank account, it will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway or credited back within 7–10 working days.
Fee once paid cannot be cancelled by the user. However, if any such request arises due to valid reasons, the school management reserves the right to review and decide.
